What we collect: When you make a booking enquiry, contact us, or enter a competition or giveaway (including via our Gleam.io campaigns), we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and details relevant to your event or enquiry.

How we use it: We use this information to respond to bookings and enquiries, deliver the service you've requested, administer competitions (including contacting winners), and — where you've opted in — send you marketing communications about Book a Chef offers and availability. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Who we share it with: We use third-party services to run parts of our business, including Gleam.io (competition entry management), Titan/Google Workspace (email hosting), and Meta/Facebook (for advertising and, where applicable, ad performance tracking). These providers process your information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security practices. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How we protect it: We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only retain it as long as necessary for the purposes above.
